Battery life is not just about capacity. It’s about product positioning.
A 10-day battery sounds attractive, but in many retail markets, consumers also expect:

Fast UI response
And these features naturally consume more battery.
On the other hand, a smartwatch with only 5 days battery life may still become a best seller if:

the design feels premium

the display is beautiful

the UI is smooth
-
the wearing experience is light and comfortable
Different markets want different balances. You can just ask one question to yourself:
“What type of customer are we designing for?”
That’s where successful smartwatch projects begin.
