When customers order our smartwatches, they’re not just buying hardware – they’re buying reliability. Here’s what happens inside our factory before any watch leaves our door.

1. IP68 / 3ATM Waterproof Test We simulate real-life conditions – from sweat during workouts to accidental splashes and even short submersion. Every unit is pressure‑checked to ensure it truly meets the rated waterproof level. No leaks, no excuses.

2. Tumble Drop Test Smartwatches get dropped – on pavement, gym floors, or bedside tables. We repeatedly drop each model from 1 meter onto hard surfaces. Pass means no screen cracks, no functional damage.

3. Button Life Cycle Test Buttons are clicked thousands of times during a watch’s lifetime. Our automated machine presses the crown and side buttons over 100,000 cycles to guarantee tactile feel and electrical response remain consistent.

4. Salt Spray Test Sweat and sea air contain salt that can corrode housings and charging pins. We expose samples to a salt fog chamber for 48+ hours. Only materials that resist rust and pitting make it to production.

5. Temperature & Humidity Cycling From freezing winters to tropical heat, we cycle watches between -20°C and 60°C with rapid humidity changes. This ensures the battery, screen, and seals perform reliably worldwide.

Quality isn’t a department; it’s our promise.
